1. What this is

Zypher AI ("we", "us") is a service operated by Zain Asif, a sole trader based in the UK. It provides a Chrome extension and free web tool that analyses text you submit, such as an email, and estimates whether it shows signs of phishing.

2. Accuracy: read this before you rely on a result

Do not use a "safe" result as your only reason to trust a link, attachment, or request for money or credentials. Zypher AI is a second opinion, not a guarantee. You are responsible for your own decisions about the emails you receive.

3. What happens to the text you submit

Text you paste in or scan is sent to our detection models, which run on Hugging Face Spaces that we operate, to generate a result. Creating an account requires only an email address and password. We don't ask for your name or other identifying information.

Scan results (verdict, confidence, timestamp) are logged against your account to enforce usage limits and show your usage. We do not use the content of your scans to train our models or sell it to anyone. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase for accounts and usage, Stripe for billing) only process data needed to provide their part of the service. See the Privacy Policy for the full list.

Submitted text may contain other people's personal data (for example, a forwarded email mentioning a third party). Only submit text you have the right to share for this purpose.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API key confidential.
• Don't submit unlawful content, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't automate bulk queries in a way that degrades the service for other users. Fair-use limits apply per plan.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the underlying detection models.

We can suspend access for anyone abusing the service, including on free tiers, without notice.

5. Plans & billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of scans at no cost. Zypher AI Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us at zaynasif59@gmail.com; cancelling stops future billing and your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law, including your right to cancel within 14 days of a first subscription under UK consumer rules, provided you haven't made substantial use of the paid features in that window.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. For free-tier use, our liability for any loss arising from the service is limited to £0. For paid subscribers, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this notice limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Intellectual property

The Zypher AI name, branding, and underlying detection models are our property. This notice doesn't grant you rights to them beyond using the service as intended.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the service changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
